Manchester development opportunity up for auction

A part-converted property in the Northern Quarter is for sale for £300,000 at the next Eddisons auction later this month.

A tenanted commercial property in the Old Swan area of Liverpool currently producing income of £33,200 a year is guided at £250,000 plus.

Elsewhere, a freehold investment opportunity in the centre of Barrow comprising three retail units producing annual income of £68,500 is being offered on the instructions of the LPA receivers at a guide of £200,000.

In Accrington town centre, a three-storey property incorporating a coffee shop on the ground floor is guided at £110,000.

Various parcels of land are also going under the hammer. These include a 2.14-acre site in Burtonwood, close to junction 9 of the M62, which is available at a guide of £40,000 plus.

The Eddisons auction is due to take place at 12.30pm on 14 April at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park.
