Manchester development opportunity up for auction

A part-converted property in the Northern Quarter is for sale for £300,000 at the next Eddisons auction later this month.

The three-storey mid-terrace property at 36 Back Turner Street is near to the Arndale shopping centre and has been partially converted into four self-contained flats.

A tenanted commercial property in the Old Swan area of Liverpool currently producing income of £33,200 a year is guided at £250,000 plus.

Elsewhere, a freehold investment opportunity in the centre of Barrow comprising three retail units producing annual income of £68,500 is being offered on the instructions of the LPA receivers at a guide of £200,000.
