Magnus signs ReThink at Spring Gardens

Recruitment consultant ReThink Group has completed a deal to move to 19 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre.

The firm has taken 5,200 sq ft on the third floor and will relocate from Cross Street as part of its ongoing its expansion plans. ReThink employs 27 staff and has a turnover of £8.4m.

Brian Ghatan, commercial property solicitor at Cobbetts, advised ReThink. He said: "The move to Spring Gardens is great news for Rethink and also an encouraging sign that the Manchester office lettings market is beginning to stabilise."
