Maghull sorts Southport’s Posting House

Maghull Developments has completed its £8m residential conversion of the Grade II-listed Posting House on Lord Street in Southport.
The three-storey scheme on the main street in Southport was designed by RGP Architects and delivered by the construction arm of Maghull Group.
The 31 units in the former sorting office are around 50% sold and the remaining apartments will be launched to market at an open day on 26 April.
Agents Farrell & Heyworth and J Fitton & Co have been appointed to sell the apartments, with prices ranging from £125,000 to £350,000.
