MAG Developments awards refurb contracts

Preferred Office Environments has been awarded a £263,000 contract by MAG Developments to carry out refurbishment work at four of its properties at Manchester Airport.

The contracts were awarded following a competitive tender and will deliver refurbishment of first floor common areas at Olympic House, plus two lobbies and two suites at the Voyager office building. POE will also be responsible for stripping out three floors at Voyager as well as external and internal decoration work on two buildings at Manchester Airport's World Freight Terminal.

Work has started at each of the sites and is expected to be completed within six to eight weeks.

MAG Developments is responsible for the management and development of all land and commercial property at Manchester, East Midlands, Humberside and Bournemouth airports.
