M7 Real Estate sells Winsford shed

Fund and asset management company M7 Real Estate has sold a 100,000 sq ft high bay warehouse on Nat Lane in Winsford, Cheshire.
Third party logistics provider and warehousing operator, S Cooper Logistics, bought the property from M7 for an undisclosed sum.
The site extends to around eight acres and S Coopers intend to use the building and yard to facilitate the growth of its business.
Lamont Commercial, which acted on behalf of M7 in the deal, said interest in the site, which had an asking price of £2m, also came from a number of residential operators.
M7 bought the unit as part of a larger portfolio last year.
