M Khan Properties buys Gorton building

Property Alliance Group has sold an 11,323 sq ft industrial unit in Hammerstone Road in Gorton, Manchester.

M Khan Properties has bought the property for £425,000, which is located on a 0.75-acre site. Bailey & Smith were previous owners of the property before Property Alliance Group bought the building from administrators.

Andrew Peak, from Property Alliance Group, said: "The Gorton site proved to be a gem attracting strong interest due to its road side position and being adjacent to the Manchester City Council depot. We are delighted to have created a stir in the market with this strong sale considering the difficult financial circumstances. It will hopefully instill some market confidence and proves that if the right property becomes available, positive deals can be achieved."
