LSH makes senior promotions

Lambert Smith Hampton has restructured its leadership team in the North West, promoting Gayle Taylor and Stephen Proudley to newly-created positions which means they will share responsibility for running the three offices in the region.

Taylor becomes consultancy services director and Proudley takes on the position of transactions services director. The two will oversee the 140 staff LSH has across its offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Kendal.

Taylor, who leads LSH’s 17-strong building consultancy team in Manchester, will now head operations across the North West business. She will have responsibility for driving performance and monitoring progress across the whole region.

Proudley, who has nearly 20 years of retail agency experience, will lead the business’s retail, office, industrial, hospitality agency and capital markets teams.

The current heads of department will remain, and will work with Taylor and Proudley.

Matthew Scrimshaw, regional director in the North, said: “As part of Lambert Smith Hampton’s continued growth, we have reorganised the North West’s leadership team. This will allow us to play to our strengths and focus on developing and growing our operation, effectively, raising our game.

“Gayle and Stephen’s appointments are well deserved and both are incredibly well equipped to lead our firm’s North West team forward.”
