LSH hires Peake from WYG

Simon Peake has joined Lambert Smith Hampton in its planning, development and regeneration team.

He joins as an associate director and will deliver support to LSH’s public and private sector clients in the planning and delivery of development sites.

He works across the residential, health and education sectors, focused on placemaking and heritage-based regeneration.

Peake previously worked for WYG and IBI Group/Taylor Young, and brings 20 years of planning consultancy experience. He has worked on the delivery of over 2,000 homes across the North West in the last five years.

LSH’s PDR team in Manchester totals nine people, including Phil Crowther as associate director and new hires James Shuttleworth and Poppy Hilton who both joined this year.

Paul Shuker, director of planning and development at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Simon has a very strong track record delivering complex planning projects including robust due-diligence. We welcome him with open arms to our team and that of our strategic partners.”

Peake added: “I am very pleased to be joining the team at LSH, working with people I have successfully delivered projects with over many years.  There are lots of opportunities for us to further grow the company’s PDR capability in the North West.”
