LSH hires Jolley from CBRE

Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Paul Jolley to head up its property management team in the North West.

Jolley has resigned from his position as director in CBRE's Liverpool office, and will work his notice until April when he will join LSH to lead the eight-strong team of property, asset and facilities managers.

He is LSH's second senior hire from CBRE in recent months, with Nick Mullins due to join the consultancy as head of funding and development later this year.

Jolley is replacing director Tim Austin, who is leaving LSH to work for Matthews & Goodman.

He has more than 15 years' experience in property management, and has acted for a wide variety of local and national investor and developer clients, including British Land, Manchester Airport Group, First Property and Gordon Moon Properties.

Abid Jaffry, head of office for Manchester at Lambert Smith Hampton said: "This is another senior appointment for LSH which reflects the high calibre and level of experience we seek to maintain our ambitious growth plans.

"Our property and asset management team already have an enviable client list. We place their needs at the top of our recruitment strategy so we can continue to offer the best in class service. Paul will be instrumental in continuing to expand the team and portfolio book as well as identify new business opportunities."
