LSH adds to telecoms offer

The Manchester office of property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has announced the appointment of three new surveyors to its telecoms team to keep pace with expansion.

James Chesworth has been appointed as senior surveyor and has over 10 years' experience in telecom site acquisition and network consolidation. He was previously an area asset manager for Arqiva, the largest provider of shared communications infrastructure in the UK, working with O2, Vodafone, Orange, Airwave, T-Mobile and 3.

Marcus Richman joins as a surveyor after 10 years at Manchester-based practice Higham & Co.

Scott Shufflebottom joins as a graduate surveyor, having recently obtained a 2:1 degree in land management from the University of Reading.

Internally, LSH Manchester has added telecoms to the existing roles of Jennie Hann, senior planner, Nick Mills, associate director and Mark Young, facilities manager.

LSH now has 14 telecoms staff based across its national network of 27 offices.
