Lowe joins Dunlop Heywood
Property consultant Dunlop Heywood has recruited Rupert Lowe from SGP Property as associate director in its Manchester head office.
Lowe was head of commercial agency at SGP and will be based at the Dunlop Heywood's office in King Street, as well as supporting the Liverpool office in Princes Dock.
Before SGP Lowe spent four years at Keppie Massie and five years at Eddisons.
Meanwhile, Dunlop Heywood has also recruited Eddie Orlinski this month as business development manager, specialising in rating. He previously worked for Colliers International in a similar role.
Stuart Hicks, managing director of Dunlop Heywood, said: "Last year was a great year for Dunlop Heywood with new offices opening in Liverpool and Newcastle and sustained growth across all our divisions. As confidence grows in the commercial markets we expect to see more of the feel-good factor emerge outside of the M25 with renewed investment opportunities across the North.
"With our two new senior appointments in Manchester we are ensuring that the team is at full strength to take advantage of the market recovery."
Dunlop Heywood employs 30 people across its offices. Clients include: Aviva Investors, SCA Hygiene, Peel Energy, Peel Land & Property, Peel Ports, Little Chef, Doncaster Rovers FC, Asda Stores, Luminar Leisure, NewRiver Retail, Speedy Hire, Dublin Airport Authority, and Lend Lease Retail.
