Lovell toasts trio of framework wins

Altrincham-based Lovell has won places on three major house building and development frameworks in the North West.

The company was appointed to the four-year, £120m JV North 2 development framework set up to build homes for nine housing associations across the North West, including schemes in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. Lovell won places on two lots; for projects from £1m to £3m and for projects worth in excess of £3m.

In addition, Lovell secured a place on the £100m City West Housing Trust development framework agreement. The framework will deliver new homes in Salford over the next four years. Lovell was chosen for large-scale mixed-tenure regeneration developments, and for design-and-build housing projects worth over £5m.

Lastly, Lovell, part of Morgan Sindall Group, was appointed to the First Ark Group framework, a £20m four-year roster to create new homes in Knowsley.
