Lovell on site with latest Wirral homes

Building work is underway on 112 homes at Minshull Way, housebuilder Lovell’s new development at Rock Ferry.

The 26 two-bedroom and 86 three-bedroom new homes on New Chester Road are part of Lovell’s expanding presence in Wirral, adding to 50 homes being built at the nearby Victoria Place development in Birkenhead.

The first of the two and three-bedroom homes will be completed by the end of 2017. Prices will start from around £104,995 for a two-bedroom property.

Clare Noakes, regional sales director for Lovell North West, said: “Lovell is well-known for creating vibrant new communities in the area and we are pleased to be underway and making great progress at Minshull Way.

“Our proven track record in Wirral includes our successful Fountain Court venture in Tranmere which is now thriving and at Victoria Place in Birkenhead, where we recently opened an impressive new sales arena.

“We expect Minshull Way to be just as popular, with a great selection of two and three-bedroom properties, featuring a top specification in a great location for commuters, and perfectly priced for local homebuyers such as young couples, families and downsizers.”

Show homes will open at Minshull Way in September.
