Liverpool seeks contractors for public spaces work

Liverpool City Council has published a tender for the refurbishment of public spaces within the city centre.

The council said the £20m contract is part of its continued regeneration of Liverpool to ensure the city remains attractive to visitors, residents, businesses and potential investors.

The four-year contract will be divided into approximately 10 projects within defined strategic areas in and around the city centre.

Deadline for submitting tenders is Tuesday 26 May.
