Property consultants Roy Backhouse & Co LLP has brought a retail investment in Liverpool to market with an asking price of £1.2m.

The freehold property is located at 135 Sefton Street, near Brunswick Business Park, and is producing a rental income of £91,100 a year, with an annual gross yield of 7.58%.

Carphone Warehouse occupies a 1,520 sq ft unit and currently has its lease under review, while Johnson Cleaners UK is based in a 1,350 sq ft unit.

Other tenants include Subway Realty, which occupies a 1,600 sq ft unit, and Lookers Southern operates from a valeting unit and private yard based at the site.

Roy Backhouse & Co LLP has not disclosed the name of the current owner but said all leases are available for inspection on request.
