Liverpool Mutual Homes takes office space at City Point

Oscar Developments has let 3,347 sq ft at its City Point office development in Great Homer Street, Liverpool to Liverpool Mutual Homes.

The letting leaves four suites totalling 5,993 sq ft available at the building out of 16.

Clifford Stanley, senior investment manager of LMH, said: "The move is an extension of our office network and we have both contact centre and investment teams based here."

LMH joins existing tenants Liverpool Compact, Creative Solutions and Oxygen Support Services.

The building comprises 24,787 sq ft over five storeys. Andrew Owen, head of business space at Mason Owen, letting agent with CB Richard Ellis, said: "It's good news that City Point is now 76% full. Tenants have commended the development for the same reasons: affordable rent and added extras such as free car parking. These are things that city centre office space just cannot compete with.

"There is another 6,000 sq ft available but we've had some very positive enquiries so this space will get snapped up soon."
