Liverpool Hope University is looking for contractors for a £5m construction of new floor space to link the new atrium area to existing accommodation.
The university said the works include minor demolition, site clearance and the contract will be under a JCT Standard Form of Building Contract with Quantities incorporating Revision A.
The contracts will be jointly awarded for 14 months, with monthly payments based on the value of works completed.
A shortlist of contractors will be invited to submit tenders for the construction works, based on drawings, specification and bills of quantities.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 20 April 2009.
