Liverpool Hope refreshes southern campus

Leeds-based Watson Batty Architects has won a £182,000 contract with Liverpool Hope University to design a two-storey extension to science and sports facilities at the Hope Park campus.

An existing single storey building will be demolished to facilitate the development.

The project will include a two-storey extension to an existing science building and a two-storey extension to a sports Hall and link to extended science building.

Construction is expected to take 20 months.

The development is expected to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
