Liquid moves to Sevendale
Specialist social work and social care recruitment company Liquid Personnel has taken 10,000 sq ft on the first floor of Sevendale House in Manchester's Northern Quarter on a five-year lease.
The latest deal is the fifth in the four months since the building launched in September 2014, following a £6m refurbishment by owner Philip J Davies Holdings plc. The grade 2-listed property is now at 60% occupancy, with 37,500 sq ft out of 65,000 sq ft let.
Liquid Personnel joins current tenants Ticketmaster, Big Cloud Recruitment, Equitix and Couchbase.
Liquid Personnel employs 85 staff and is moving from 52 Princess Street as the company is expanding and requires a larger office.
OBI assisted with the acquisition of the space, and is advising on the interior design and the project-management of Liquid Personnel's fit-out.
