LFC pick CBRE for distribution hub search

CB Richard Ellis has been retained by Liverpool FC to find a 60,000 sq ft warehouse on Merseyside to consolidate its merchandise distribution operations.

The club has four stores in the North West – Chester, Liverpool One, Williamson Square, Liverpool, and Anfield – as well as selling goods online.

A location is expected to be chosen before the summer.
