Lettings at 39 Deansgate

Following a refurbishment, Royal London Asset Management has let 7,000 sq ft in 39 Deansgate to Richmond Knightly Recruitment and DocNet.

Richmond Knightly is opening its first Manchester office and has signed a five-year lease on a 2,300 sq ft suite. Existing tenant DocNet has expanded into a 4,700 sq ft office on a new five-year lease.

Quoting rent at the building is £13.50/sq ft.

WHR Property Consultancy and DTZ and the joint letting agents on the 25,000 sq ft eight-storey office building, which is on the corner of Deansgate and St Mary's Gate.

Other tenants include The Flight Centre and SRJ Marketing.

Harry Skinner, surveyor at WHR, said: "The exceptional refurbishment has been well received by potential occupiers and we are pleased to have achieved two new lettings so soon after completion of the refurbishment. We have strong interest in the remaining space and can accommodate requirements from 2,300 sq ft to 4,600 sq ft."
