Letting agreed at City Point

Oscar Developments has let 1,500 sq ft at its office development in Great Homer Street, Liverpool to Imperial Media Services.

The media company has agreed on a five year lease for an undisclosed rent and joins tenants Liverpool Mutual Homes, Liverpool Compact, Creative Solutions and Oxygen Support Services at the building, taking overall occupancy up to 70%.

The 24,787 sq ft City Point development is a five storey building divided into 16 suites each measuring around 1,500 sq ft, with an option to move flexible floor plates for tenants requiring up to 6,000 sq ft, and was completed in 2009.

Andrew Owen, head of business space at Mason Owen, joint agent on the development, said: "The scheme at City Point has been such a success that we only have another four suites available now.

"There is another 6,000 sq ft available but we've had some very positive enquiries so this space will get snapped up soon."

CBRE is joint agent on City Point. Quoting rents on the development start from £12/sq ft.
