Leslau picks Nolan Redshaw for Industrious work

Independent surveyor Nolan Redshaw has received instructions from Nick Leslau's Max Property Group to deal with the Industrious Estates in the North West.

Leslau paid £227m to buy the portfolio from receivers in September 2009 and has retained Nolan Redshaw to act on sites in the North West, in conjunction with the existing agents, Weatheralls.

There is currently approximately 126,000 sq ft of vacant units available to let within the North West of the portfolio.

Paul Nolan, founding partner of Nolan Redshaw, said: "It is fantastic to have won this high profile instruction. The units vary in size from 600 sq ft up to 35,000 sq ft, but the vast majority are smaller units, which is an area of the market that is performing well at present in the North West of England."

This instruction cements a long, established relationship between Nolan Redshaw and Leslau's Prestbury, advisor to Max.

Leslau added: "We have worked with Nolan Redshaw many times in the past and they are our first choice for industrial agency in the North West."
