Legat Owen seeks tenant for former Daniel offices

Legat Owen has been instructed to market the former Daniel Contractors head office in Lyncastle Way, Appleton Thorn, Warrington.

Providing almost 9,000 sq ft of accommodation on a 2.78-acre site forming part of the Appleton Thorne Trading Estate, the building is close to the M6/M56 interchange.

Daniel Contractors collapsed earlier this year.
