Legat Owen hires from DTZ Birmingham

Legat Owen has expanded its valuation team with the appointment of Sam Tarjomani as valuation surveyor.

Tarjomani, an RICS registered valuer, will be based at the firm's Albion Street office in Chester. He joins Legat Owen's 15-strong valuation department from the DTZ valuation team in Birmingham.

Sam is an experienced surveyor and he will be servicing bank lending and general valuation work across the region, as the North West commercial property market continues to improve."
