Legat Owen adds associate director

The Chester-based consultancy has appointed Tom Creer, a chartered surveyor and RICS-registered valuer, to support the expansion of its asset management department.

Creer was previously at Beresford Adams Commercial in Chester, starting in 2002 and becoming a director in October 2013, advising clients across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales.

Legat Owen director Stephen Wade said: “Legat Owen provides property management services to a diverse client base with assets nationwide. Our management brief continues to grow and it’s vital that we are able to offer the highest standards of client service.

“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Tom to the team. He is a skilled surveyor with an in-depth knowledge of commercial property asset management and has a track record of providing sound, client focused, advice.”

Creer added: “This is an exciting time to be joining Legat Owen. The company has an enviable reputation in the market and I am looking forward to working with their loyal client base and the team to develop the asset management department further.”

The firm’s asset management team currently acts on behalf of more than 130 UK and overseas clients.
