LEAF comes to Manchester

The tea shop, bar and events space has taken a lease on the former Cube Gallery at 113 Portland Street, as its first venue outside of Liverpool.

The 7,100 sq ft unit is within Bruntwood's 122,000 sq ft West Village buildings at the corner of Portland Street and Oxford Street.

The four Victorian warehouses are currently undergoing a refurbishment designed by the Sheila Bird Group which is due to complete by the end of January.

LEAF has a site on Bold Street in Liverpool. The management team also operates the OhMeOhMy events space in West Africa House.

Work is expected to begin on the LEAF fit-out in February.

LEAF does not currently have any further expansion plans.

Occupiers at West Village include Manchester Digital, Carat Media, I.C.O.M International, Inspirational Inc and Tunafish Media.
