Leadership of enlarged JLL takes shape
Jones Lang LaSalle has confirmed the leaders of its regional offices following the acquisition of King Sturge.
In Manchester, the combined operation will be run by David Lathwood, formerly employed by King Sturge, as head of office. JLL's Bob Dyson will become North West chairman.
The Liverpool office will be run by King Sturge's Chris Prescott.
The appointments reflect King Sturge's position as the larger player in the North West.
Andrew Gould, Jones Lang LaSalle UK chief executive, said: "We have brought together outstanding leadership drawn equally from both original organisations. This tremendously powerful group will take our business forward across the UK. I have every confidence in their ability to provide outstanding client service and drive long-term growth."
