Leach Rhodes Walker appoints two directors

Manchester-based architectural firm Leach Rhodes Walker has appointed David George and Philip Lee as directors.

They both join a team of over 100.

David George joined from his role as associate director at Falconer Chester Hall, and has over 20 years of experience as a commercial architect. He established FCH’s Manchester office and grew its numbers up to 10. Most recently, he worked on the Manchester Waters scheme and 27 Dale Street.

Philip Lee joined from his role as a director at Space + Architects in Liverpool. He has worked across Liverpool and London, and on projects including Bristol’s millennium celebrations. He also has extensive experience in delivering private and public residential developments.

Christian Gilham, Leach Rhodes Walker’s Manchester managing director, said: “We are increasingly working nationally as well as locally and will continue to significantly expand our design and commercial capabilities within Leach Rhodes Walker as high calibre individuals join the business.

“Both David and Philip bring outstanding experience in the design of cutting-edge high-quality buildings and only reinforce the fantastic team we have in the design studio.”
