Law firm signs at Sunlight House

Apia Regional Office Fund, a joint venture between Aviva and Warner, has secured a new occupier at Sunlight House, Manchester.

Nikolich & Carter Solicitors has taken 1,040 sq ft of office space within the recently refurbished building on Quay Street.

Steve Nikolich said: "The major draw for us was the accessibility of the building and the refurbished reception areas, which have given the building a modern feel while still retaining the original character."

James Raspin, surveyor at DTZ, joint letting agent with Cannin O'Neill, said: "The letting to Nikolich & Carter Solicitors represents the first of what we hope will be many lettings at Sunlight House in 2010. We are really excited about the recent refurbishment. The two receptions and common areas have been refurbished, along with the ninth floor providing 14,206 sq ft of Grade A office space with raised floors and comfort cooling."
