Last chance to book for Building of Year dinner

There are still tables available for people wishing to attend this year's property and construction dinner hosted by Greater Manchester Chamber on Thursday 31 October at the Midland Hotel.

Over 350 businesses have already registered for the annual dinner, when Sir Howard Bernstein, chief executive of Manchester City Council, will announce the winner of the Greater Manchester Building of the Year Award.

This year's shortlist is as follows:

  • ITV's new Coronation Street production centre at MediaCityUK
  • The Air Traffic Control Tower at Manchester Airport
  • The Pavilion at Lancashire County Cricket Club
  • Number One Riverside in Rochdale

The winner of the inaugural Apprentice of the Year Award will also be announced on the evening.

The event which is black-tie starts at 7pm and will finish at approximately 11.15pm.
