Language school on the move in Manchester

Manchester Building Society, represented by Savills, has let 7,774 sq ft at 125 Portland Street in Manchester city centre to French language school Alliance Française de Manchester.

Richard Lowe, director of office agency at Savills, said: “The building offers very competitively priced accommodation and the last remaining floor is attracting good occupier interest.”

Alliance Française was represented by Adam Robson at AKM Property Consultants.  WHR act as joint agents on 125 Portland Street.
