Langtree signs architects to north Liverpool office village

Langtree has signed Condy & Lofthouse Architects as its latest tenant at Connect Business Village in north Liverpool.

CLA has taken a two-storey self-contained office building comprising 3,182 sq ft. The firm will relocate its 30-strong workforce to the city from Southport.

Connect Business Village, off the A565 Derby Road, has 15 offices ranging from 1,300 sq ft to 3,400 sq ft, as well as Centrix Business Centre, a serviced office.

Centrix has reported four recent lettings to Pure Orange Enterprises, UK Environmental, Litigation Assistance and Glenelg Support.

John Downes, managing director of Langtree, said: "Connect Business Village is proof that there is still a good market for a high quality product. With further deals close to completion and as many more in the pipeline we are confident that it will be a major success regardless of more difficult economic conditions."
