Langtree names agents on latest Openshaw industrial phase

Langtree has reappointed DTZ and P3 Property Consultants for the next phase of its popular City Works industrial scheme in Openshaw, Manchester.
The 100,000 sq ft first phase is now fully let and the developer is on site with construction of a further 57,000 sq ft.
The second phase, called Norbury Court, will comprise 17 units ranging from 2,600 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft offered on a flexible basis, both for sale and to let.
Rob Tilley of P3 commented: "This is a formula that works. The success of The City Works Phase 1 clearly demonstrated that there is a high demand for good quality small to medium sized units within easy reach of the city centre and Langtree are now aiming for a repeat performance."
