Lane End recruits in Warrington
John Osborne has joined as senior quantity surveyor and Owen Clarke as site manager. Both will be working on the 26-home Edge Fold Road development in Walkden.
The hires bring the Warrington-based registered housing developer and contractor to a team of 32.
Osborne worked for CPUK as a quantity surveyor for almost four years. Throughout his career he has been responsible for more than 250 apartments across Oldham and Liverpool.
Clarke was previously site manager at K&C Construction, and spent 12 years at Keepmoat. His past projects include sewage treatment works in Leigh, three Warrington nursing homes, and the refurbishment and part-build of Stretford High School.
The pair’s first project is the Edge Fold Road development on behalf of Laurus Homes. Lane End is also working as contractors for Stockport Homes for the delivery of 58 apartments. Recently completed projects include a £6.2m 60-unit construction on Warwick Road in Old Trafford.
