Landwood Group hires Lee

Helen Lee has joined Landwood Group as an associate director from Eddisons.

Based in the Manchester office, she will specialise in property valuation, management and disposal.

Lee joined Eddisons after completing a law degree at the University of Leeds. She then took a post-graduate course in surveying and subsequently qualified as a surveyor.

Over her seven years in practice, her work has mainly focused on distressed assets and corporate recovery, including a period of secondment to a major high street bank.

She is now also working towards becoming a fellow of the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers.

She said: "This move is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to becoming an integral part of a close-knit and hard-working team."

Richard Parkinson, director of Landwood Group, said: "We are extremely pleased that someone of Helen's experience and calibre is joining our team.

"Helen will play a pivotal role in the growth of the property side of the business and her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand and provide the best possible service for our clients."
