Landmine charity takes office with Alliance

Developer Property Alliance Group has let a suite at Fairbairn Buildings on Sackville Street in Manchester city centre to international charity the Mines Advisory Group.

MAG has taken a 1,300 sq ft suite on the lower ground floor of the period building which has undergone refurbishment.

Joining Reid Architects, Golley Slater, Corus and Studio Liddell in the building, MAG has acquired the space to accommodate expansion. The charity works worldwide to clear landmines from areas of conflict.

The building has undergone a restoration project to maintain its original timber beam and exposed brickwork features.

The last remaining self-contained suite, also 1,300 sq ft, is available to let in the building. P3 and Savills are joint letting agents on Fairbairn Buildings.
