Landlord tempts agents with Fiat 500 finder’s fee

Western Ridge, developer behind the refurbishment of Manchester's 101 Princess Street, is giving away three new Fiat 500s to agents that introduce occupiers to the last remaining floors.

The competition is open to agents who help fill one of the 5,500 sq ft floors in the 40,000 sq ft building, where quoting rents are £15/sq ft.

The restyled Fiat 500 sold out its first year's 58,000 production run and Fiat has orders for 205,000 more.

Western said the car reflected the quirky but practical nature of the building.

Justin Rouse, associate partner at P3 Property Consultants, joint agents with Edwards & Co, added: "101 Princess Street really sets itself apart from its competitors with its stunning and unique accommodation appealing to the creative and media sectors. All qualifying introducers of tenants have to do is answer one simple question and the keys are theirs."
