Lancashire appoints M&E partners

Several contractors have been appointed to Lancashire County Councils £10m framework for mechanical and electrical engineering services.
The companies on the partnering agreement are:
- T Jolly (Services), Preston
- Chris Bowker, Morecambe
- C P L Heating & Plumbing, Preston
- Electrical Installations (NW), Blackpool
The firms will bid for contracts of up to £1m working on council buildings.
The framework will run for up to four years.
