Lamb & Swift takes last space at South Rings
The first phase of Roundhouse Properties' South Rings Office Village in Preston is now fully let.
Commercial property agent Lamb & Swift has taken a six-year lease on the last available space, a 634 sq ft office.
Other tenants who recently signed for space at South Rings include insolvency business Leonard Curtis and John Munroe Hospital Group.
Headquartered in Bolton, Lamb & Swift provides specialist development and investment advice for retail and development clients throughout the UK.
Its two directors, Stephen Lamb and Andrew Urquhart, will be based at the South Rings Office Village.
South Rings Office Village occupies a three-acre site south of Preston, with offices ranging from 634 sq ft to 6,190 sq ft.
Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons and Richard Warton from Jones Lang Lasalle are acting joint agents for the South Rings Office Village.
