Ladyzone moves headquarters to Altrincham

Goose Green Developments has let 2,208 sq ft on the first and second floors at 10A Goose Green in the Trafford town to the ladies only gym operator.

Ladyzone has agreed to a five year lease on the property, located just off Stamford New Road, and is moving its head office from Sheffield to Altrincham.

Anthony Carpenter, Ladyzone finance director, said: "The opening of the Altrincham gym is the company's tenth and as the company has grown so has our team and with it the need to expand the head office accommodation. Goose Green provides us with a great combination of second floor offices and an ideal gym area on the first."

Charles Murray, from Regional Property Solutions, who acted on behalf of the landlord, said: "The Ladyzone gym complements the existing mix of retailers, restaurants and office users within this quiet oasis."

The lessees represented themselves in the deal. Details of the rental agreement was not disclosed.
