Caspian House

Kura picks Sefton for first call centre outside Scotland

Royal London Asset Management has let Caspian House in Atlantic Park to a Scottish call centre operator, in the largest out-of-town office letting in Liverpool this year.

The 34,000 sq ft building will be occupied by Glasgow-based Kura on a five-year lease, to service its recently-won contract with Scottish Power. The new call centre in Sefton will house 300 staff.

Gareth Dickinson, head of property at RLAM, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Kura to Atlantic Park. The fact that the company has chosen Caspian House as the location for its first call centre outside of Scotland is testament to the quality of the offering at the park. Caspian House is highly accessible and has excellent amenities on its doorstep, which were important both to Kura and its future employees.”

GVA advised RLAM and CBRE advised Kura.

Ian Steele, director at GVA, said: “As the largest letting in the out-of-town market this year, this deal also cements Atlantic Park’s position as one of the premier business parks in the region and continues to attract high quality tenants. Sefton still remains an attractive location for large-scale employers looking to do business in the North West.”
