Personal Hygiene Services has signed a five-year lease with KRM Development Corporation on 8,800 sq ft of offices at Oasis Business Park in Pimbo, Skelmersdale.
PHS will occupy the entire first floor of the 17,000 sq ft building, from where it will operate its Direct 365 business.
Sam Walsh, general manager of Direct 365, said: "Oasis Business Park provides the right location for our digital sales and marketing team. The high quality office accommodation is ideally located, adjoining junction 5 of M58 and close to the M6, allowing easy access for staff, clients and suppliers. The move forms part of our exciting expansion plans, and will provide the base for this growing part of the business."
Rob Diggle, partner at letting agent Edward Symmons, said: "The out-of-town office market in the North West has seen a dip in activity recently and this letting therefore represents one of the largest deals of its kind in the area in recent times. Despite these challenging conditions, the letting at Oasis Business Park to a Grade A covenant serves as evidence that occupier interest remains steady for high quality, accessible office accommodation in the region."
Trevor Spencer, director of Preston-based KRM, added: "We are delighted to have secured such a high quality covenant as our first tenant on site. We have a further four acres that we intend to develop for office and workshop purposes over the next couple of years."
Edward Symmons and Robert Pinkus & Co are joint letting agents. Savills acted for PHS Group.
