Knowsley seeks contractors for golf course redevelopment

Knowsley Council has published a tender for the investment and development of its 18-hole Bowring Park Golf course and associated amenities based in Huyton, Liverpool.

The site covers 129 acres and includes Bowring Park, which is the oldest public park in Knowsley originally forming the heart of the ancient Roby Hall Estate.

The development of the car park, reception area, changing accommodation and club house and several outlying buildings, as well as the golf course is required.

The deadline for submitting tenders is Friday 12 June.
