Knight Frank’s NW planning team expands
Matt Claxton has joined Knight Frank's Manchester office from Indigo as a planner.
Claxton, pictured, joins from Indigo and has three years' specialist planning experience. At Knight Frank he will be part of the team headed by partner Richard Walters, working with clients such as assisted living developer Sunrise Senior Living and regeneration specialist Eatonfield Developments.
Richard Walters, partner, who joined Knight Frank's Manchester office in February to head its planning team, said: "Planning is becoming more and more important, because it really unlocks the value of land. Working with land-owners and developers in conjunction with local authorities provides an appreciation of the issues and complexities on all sides. We are pleased to welcome Matt to the team handling a range of retail, residential and commercial interests in the North West."
