Knight Frank wins Calico Homes HQ project in Burnley

Knight Frank has been appointed to project manage the refurbishment of Centenary Court, Croft Street.

The 16,000 sq ft property will undergo partial re-cladding and a complete fit-out, converting the ground floor public house and furniture store into offices.

The project team includes contractors Ring Stones Maintenance & Construction, architects Austin-Smith:Lord, and mechanical and electrical engineers Cundall.

Anthony Duerden, director of customer services for Calico Homes, said: "This is a significant development for Calico, allowing us to bring a full range of services to benefit the local community under one roof for the first time.

Simon Matley, partner at Knight Frank, said: "This is a large-scale refurbishment which will completely transform the property. We have a highly experienced project team on board and are working towards a completion date of May 2013."
