Knight Frank undertakes health agency office search

Knight Frank has been retained by the Health Protection Agency to carry out a search for a new office in Liverpool of between 6,000 sq ft and 9,000 sq ft.

The HPA wants to see options for city centre or out of town and an initial round of viewings has been conducted.

A shortlist of possible sites is expected to be released shortly. The agency is currently based in DBH House, Boundary Street, north Liverpool and has a laboratory in Kirkby.

The HPA needs to take occupation before the end of the year, limiting its options. All parties declined to comment further.
