Knight Frank to market MIOC

Infinity Real Estate has appointed Knight Frank to market the Manchester International Office Centre.

Infinity was advised by the agent when it purchased the 100,000 sq ft office centre from Highcross for £13.5m in March.

The MIOC is located less than a mile from Manchester International Airport and has undergone a complete internal transformation, which included the total refurbishment of the reception and common areas.

The 6.6-acre site provides 42 office suites, ranging from 450 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft and provides parking, conference and meeting room facilities, as well as an on-site cafe bar for occupier use.

Current tenants include Franke, Federal Mugul, and Belden.

David Porter, head of North West commercial for Knight Frank, said: "We have the capability and knowledge to advise Infinity on both the acquisition and subsequent marketing of the scheme. Thanks to the recent refurbishment, the scheme now provides a high quality office environment with floorplates that give smaller companies the flexibility to grow as their occupational needs increase, as well as catering for larger occupier requirements."
