Agent Knight Frank has reported the completion of two lettings on Derby Street in Cheetham Hill, Manchester.
RC Kennedy, advised by Knight Frank, leased 4,945 sq ft of industrial accommodation at Cosiglow House to Golden Products on a five-year lease.
Raan Investments let a 4,632 sq ft showroom to textile wholesaler Kooyoo UK. Knight Frank advised Raan.
Elsewhere in Cheetham Hill, Knight Frank is marketing 18 new cash-and-carry units at Broughton Court, on Broughton Street on behalf of Isra Developments. DTZ is joint letting agent for the scheme.
