Knight Frank secures major letting in Rochdale

TBA Textiles has taken 85,500 sq ft at G3 Gorrells Way in Rochdale.
The company has agreed a 15-year lease with agent Knight Frank on behalf of real estate fund managers PRUPIM.
Formerly occupied by DHL, the premises have a large, detached industrial unit as well as offices over two storeys.
Rob Taylor, of Knight Frank said: "The premises had been vacant for less than nine months and whilst the market for units of this size remains difficult, it is pleasing to see a manufacturing occupier looking at their long term requirements.
"The quality of the refurbishment together with the client's willingness to be flexible on the terms, contributed to being able to ensure a comparatively short void period."
TBA specialises in flame retardant materials.
